Last night I had dinner with some of the most amazing women I know: my daughter, my sister, my sister-in-law. After dinner, my sister and I remained behind, to catch up, to tell the things that sisters tell. Epiphanies sometimes come when we finally say some things out loud; they become more real, undeniable. First you need the safe haven to put those stories so that the courage comes to say what needs to be said.
So I thank my sister in particular and to all the other sisters (or those that fill the role) that are on your side, that can see all the darker parts of you and still see the beauty and potential and strength; who tell you that you can....

Attraction, desire, and then real love, in its most simplistic and innocent forms, may be a reason for hope of a meaningful existence. Taken away……life often seems without purpose. And, perhaps it is.
