Channeling Sheryl Crow

Try to love me, if you can. Are you strong enough to be my man? My man.

I know a lot of people who say they have given up on relationships. I won't be one of them though. And I'm not at all certain I believe the ones who say they've given up: they can't trust, they can't open themselves up, they are too set in their ways. But I do realize that I present certain challenges (as does everyone). But one of the most daunting for any man is when he encounters a strong woman, no matter how attractive it may seem in the abstract, the reality will send most men seeking quieter waters. And who can blame them. So before things get too far, I usually raise the Sheryl Crow question. I'll let you know if I get any takers.
